This years Silent Auction and Spaghetti Dinner will be held March 22nd.
This fund raiser is MANDATORY for ALL teens attending the mission trip this summer! (you must help with a shift for this event, if you are unable to for some reason let Sarah Hile know asap, we also need as many parents as possible to help as well) See below for the shifts (desired # of volunteers):
Auction Set Up(5): 2:30pm-3:30pm
Hall Set Up (5): 3:30pm-4:30pm
Event Help(15): 5:15pm-7pm
Servers for dinner(10): 5:15pm-7pm **(Wear white shirt and black pants)**
Kitchen Clean Up(5): 7pm-8pm
Hall Clean Up(10): 7pm-8pm
Selling Raffle Tickets: 5pm-6pm
Selling Raffle Tickets: 6pm-7pm
Silent Auction! 2:30pm Auction Set Up, 3:30pm Hall & Table Set Up, 5:15pm Event Begins, 5:15pm-6pm Silent Auction Bidding, 6pm Dinner Served, 6:30pm Silent Auction Bidding ends, 6:35pm Live Auction, 7pm-8pm Clean Up

We have only 2 Sundays left before the event and we need all the auction items ASAP! Please give any items/gift cards/certificates to Sarah Hile as soon as possible.

Parents and Teens: We need help selling dinner and 50/50 raffle tickets after church the next 2 Sundays. Please let me know if you would be willing to help coordinate sales one of the next 2 Sundays. This is our most important fund raiser in terms of the amount of money we may be able to generate and with such a big group of teens we really need to make the best of it! Thanks so much in advance!
